This cow had to be pulled out of a ditch where she was stuck and moved to a corral to be with her newborn calf.  She never did bond with the calf, who had to be bottle fed for days, until, surprisingly another cow who lost her calf adopted him.  This cow remains a bit crazy.

Last night another driver lost control on the curve and crashed hard into a tree and rock.
Luckily, he did not slide down the bank.  Today it is apparant how close his car tracks came to
the memorial bouquet.  This driver escaped unijured.
